 「レネス城」
1545年から48年にかけて建てられました。主な建物はメンテナンスや修理用の予算不足のため18世紀後半には荒廃しました。1830年に城は大きな窓を持ったカントリーハウスに改造され、内装も帝政方式に再設計されました。1985年3月25日以来、マーレ自治体の所有となっており、博物館、文化的催し物、コンサートなどに使われています。
"The Castle de Renesse"
The castle was built between 1545-1548. The main building decayed slowly in the late of 18th century, because of a lack of funding for maintenance and repairs. In 1830 the castle was renovated into a country house with large windows and redesigned the interiors in Empire style. Since 25 March 1985, it is owned by the municipality of Malle. and is now being used as a museum, for cultural activities and concerts. |

 カップルお二人でされているお店です。家具は男性が、レースは女性が作っているそうです。

 家具も全部男性がひとつひとつ手作り。レースのワンピース、かわいいです。糸のケース、男性が作ったボビンに女性が糸を巻いて作ったんだって。こうやってつくるのよーって見せてくれました。
A man handcrafts all furnitures. A one-piece dress is cute. I hear the thread case was made of a bobbin, made by a man, wounding up a thread by a woman. She shows me how to do it. |

 クッサン。
レースは大きなボビンを使って編んでから小さなボビンに巻き替えるのだそうです。

I hear firstly lace is knitted by big bobbins and big bobbins are changed to small ones later. |

 編み台。
高さ調節ができる本格派。台の中央にある突起部分にクッサンの中央を差し込み、回しながら編めるようになっています。本当に細かい。引き出しもちゃんと開いて、中にははさみとボビンにい巻かれた糸が入っていました。すごいね。
A stand.
A full-blown one with height adjustment. We put a pillow on a convex part at the center of the stand and can turn a pillow while we are knitting. It is delicate workmanship. The drawer opens properly as well and there are scissors and the bobbin which a thread was rolled round in it. It's great. |

 私たちが住むウオルウェ・サン・ランベールの区役所。アパートの隣です。展示会から帰ってきたらとってもきれいだったので思わず写真を撮りました。
The commune of Woluwe-Saint-Lambert where we live in. It's next to our apartment. When we came back from the exhibition, I took a picture in spite of myself because it was very beautiful. |
