 メインは「馬」。
臭みもないし、とても柔らかでおいしい。春が旬の「モリーユ茸」のソースも絶品です。つけ合わせの「パースニップ」の甘さにもびっくりでした。
The main dish was a "Horse".
It didn't have a bad smell and was tender and beautiful. Sauces od "morel" which is in season in spring was exquisite. I was suprised at the sweetness of the "parsnip" of the garnish. |

A dessert with Earl Grey aroma. An apple boiled with black tea was in it. A boiled apple still had a crunchy texture suprisingly. Caramel cream of the garnish had a ginger flavour. Though it was an unexpected combination, they were the best matching. Delicious. |

 教会の建設は1813年に始まり、1815年に完成しました。完全な修復のあった1930年から教会は現在の形となっています。1830年に24歳だった修道女聖カタリナ・ラブレはマリア様の訪問を3度受け、彼女から「人々のために心を込めてメダルを作りなさい」というお告げを受けてメダルを作りました。パリでコレラが流行した際に人々に配ったところ、コレラが収束したという言い伝えがあります。
In 1813 the construction of a chapel began and the chapel was complete in 1815. Since 1930, the date of its complete renovation, the chapel is as we know it today. In 1830 Saint Catherine Laboure, then 24, received three visits from the Blessed Virgin Mary and was requested the creation of a medal with her heart for people. According to her revelation, she made medals. The legend mentions when cholera was prevalent in Paris, she gave out medals to people and an outbreak of cholera is settled. |

肉味噌温玉うどん。おいしかったです。お夕飯のあと、メトロ４号線の北駅が６月まで閉鎖中なので、バスで北駅へもどりました。

 今日はパリから電車に乗って１時間２０分、2001年に世界遺産となった中世市場の街「プロヴァン」へ一日旅行です。４月から３ヶ月続くフランス国鉄ストライキの影響で電車はかなりの間引き運転。行けるかどうか心配していましたが、なんとか行けそう！予定していた便は運休だったので、ちょっと早起きして出かけることに。
We made a one-day trip to "Provins", a town of medieval fairs, which became a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2001 today. It takes 1 hour and 20 minutes from Paris by train. The train was considerably run on a curtailed schedule due to SNCF's strike which was carried out for three months from April. Though we were concerned if we could go, we could make it. The train we booked was canceled and got up early to board an earlier one. |

A local specialty of the Medieval Provins was a wool fabric. It was dyed in dark blue by the flow of hard water in "le Durteint" and became famous. There are washing places here and there along the river even now. (You can see a washing place at the right of the photo.) |

We did a shopping at "Galeries Lafayette" in the moring and went to "Foundation Louis Vuitton" in the afternoon. We can use a shuttle bus from near "Arc de Triomphe" to the museum. |

 北駅に着いたら私たちが乗る予定のタリスがキャンセル！ブラッセル南駅経由ドルトムント行きのタリスの空いている席に座って帰れと言われました。私たち、一応、指定席を買っているんですけど…そういうケアは一切なし。まあ、帰れたのでよかったと言うことです。思い出深い旅行になりましたー。
When we arrived at the north station, we knew the Thalys we booked was cancelled. The SNCF staff mentioned we could sit at vacant seats of the Thalys to Dortmund via Brussels and go home by it. Though we bought reserved seats properly, they didn't care such a thing. We should think it's OK in Europe because we were able to come home. It became a trip with a lot of memories for us. |
