イチゴに見えるけど、イチゴじゃないよ。緑のはメロン。何かわかんない驚きの一皿。

 えびせん。日本のえびせんに通じる物があります。香りが良くておいしかった。

 コーススタート。
まずは牡蠣。キュウリのソルベが添えられています。下からはシーミストが上がってきています。

 お料理の名前は「カナリアのトマト」。そんなシンプルな名前なのにとても手の込んだ一品。オリーブにみえるのはオリーブのジュースが詰まった薄ーいオリーブのアイス。口に入れるとぱん！とはじけて口の中に香り高いオリーブのジュースが広がります。
The name of the dish was "Canarian tomato". Although the name was simple, it was very complicated. The one looks like olive was thin olive ice cream contains juice of olive. When we put it into our mouth, it is ceased and olive juice with nice aroma is spread there. |

 ベビーコーンはベビーコーンで作ったスープをベビーコーンで作ったアイスに詰めた物。一口で食べないとはじける感じが楽しめないよ。
This babycorn is made of ice cream of babycorn and contains soup of babycorn. We must eat it at a mouthful to enjoy the feeling of ceasing.

 フォアグラとトリュフ。
鉄板の組み合わせだけど、出てきたときはびっくり。思ってたのとちがうー！
Foie gras and truffle.
It's the combination that never fail, but we were suprised with it when it was served. It's different from what we thought. |

 食べてみて意味がわかりました。フォアグラのムースを下にひいて、トリュフのゼリーをその上にのせてあるお料理でした。
おいしくておかわりしたくなるー
When we eat it, we understand its contents. Firstly mousse of foie gras is put down and jelly of truffles is done on it.
I wanted to have another one because it was beautiful. |

 プチフールの木。
「もう、これが最後だから…」って言いながら持ってきてくれました。3時間食べまくり。一人300ユーロ。楽しくておいしくて、景色も良くて、納得のお値段でした。

It was served with the word, "It's the last." We kept eating for 3 hours. The cost of the meal was 300 Euros per person. We consented to it because the meal was fun, delicious and the scenery was beautiful. |
