 久しぶりにミシュラン2つ星レストラン「コム・シェ・ソワ」に行きました。とてもいいお天気で「グランプラス」がとてもきれい！
We visited "Comme chez Soi", Michelin 2 stars restaurant.

左はしは「マーチェス」と呼ばれるニシンの稚魚の塩漬け。5月ぐらいからでまわる季節の食べ物です。

 赤いお魚。日本名を調べてみると「ウミヒゴイ」と言うらしい。
夏野菜とイカと一緒に。見た目はとても美しい。
Red mullet. I hear its Japanese name is "Umihigoi".
