 一人夏休みのパリ旅行。ひさしぶりにタリスでパリ北駅に到着。テロ以降駅はどうなっているのかと思っていたらやっぱりセキュリティチェックのエリアができていました。帰りはかなり早めに来なきゃだめだなーと思いながらホテルへ。

 パリ北駅周辺は治安が悪いと言われています。ここ、「サン・ドニ」も治安が悪いらしいのですが、特に危険を感じず到着。パリの北4キロほどの郊外の街です。駅から「サン・ドニ大聖堂」へ歩きます。左の建物は市庁舎です。

 到着しました。まずはランチね。名物の「プレ・サレ」（塩分を含んだ牧草地）仔羊料理。海水を吸った牧草を食べて育った羊で、臭みもなくとても美味しい。

 いよいよ入場！！個人客はチケット売り場に長蛇の列。バスツアーに参加したのはこのため。ガイドさんについて歩くのではない、フリーツアーなんだけど団体扱いのチケットがついています。なのでガイドさんがいなくても団体入り口から待たずに入れるんです。

 「大天使ミカエル」と「オペール司教」のレリーフ。
オベール司教が夢のなかで大天使ミカエルから「この岩山に聖堂を建てよ」とのお告げを受けましたが、悪魔の悪戯だと思い信じませんでした。再び同じ夢を見ましたが、信じず、ついに3度目には大天使はしびれを切らし、オベール司教の額に指を触れて強く命じました。翌朝、オベール司教は自分の頭に穴が開いていることに気づいて愕然とし、大天使ミカエルのお告げが本物であると確信してここに礼拝堂を作ったのがモン・サン・ミッシェルの始まりです。
レリーフは大天使が司教の頭に穴を開ける場面です。
The relief of "Saint Michael" and "bishop Saint Aubert"
Aubert received, during his sleep, the order from Saint Michael to erect an oratory on the rock mountain. but he thought it was the mischief of the devil and didn't adapt it. He had a same dream again and didn't believe. Finally Saint Michael got impatient at the third time, put a finger on his forehead and ordered again strongly. Aubert was very suprised that there was a hole in his forehead and confirmed that Saint Michael's order was true. That's why Saint Aubert made the chapel here and is the origin of the abbey. The relief indicates the scene that Saint Michael makes a hole in thebishop's head.

ドームは1840年6月10日に制定された法律でナポレオンの埋葬地になることが指定されました。ドーム教会の内部を大幅に改修するという地下室の発掘と建設は完成に20年を要し1861年に完成しました。残念ながらチケットが軍事博物館と共通で、時間もなく、中に入るのは断念しました。

The dome was designated to become Napoleon's funeral place in a law dated 10 June 1840. The excavation and erection of the crypt, that heavily modified the interior of the domed church, took twenty years to complete and was finished in 1861. Unfortunately the ticket is common with the one of the military museum and I did't have enough time, therefore I gave up visiting there. |

モン・サン・ミッシェルで買うと3ユーロ近くするけど、市内のスーパーなら半額で買えます。

メトロの回数券。いつもチケット売り場は混んでいるので空いている時に回数券を買っておきます。次回も使えるしね。
