d'Ecaussinnes醸造所作成。これもラベルがかわいいので買いました。味はチョコレートドリンクかというくらい甘い。メープルシロップが入っているらしいので、そのせいか？ 濁った茶色でタン色の泡立ち。レーズン、果物、糖蜜、キャラメルの香り。アルコール度数は8%。
It is brewed at d'Ecaussinnes brewery. I bought it for a cute label. It tastes very sweet like a chocolate drink. I heard it included a maple syrup and it may be the result. Hazy brown with a tan head. Aroma of raisins, dark fruits, molasses and caramel. Alcohol percentage is 8%. |

Bavik （バヴィック）醸造所作成。これもジンジャーエールかというくらい甘い。２本連続で半端じゃない甘いビールにあたった。このビールは「マザー・ビール」で適量が他のペトリュス・ビールとブレンドされて、それぞれのビールに独特の味を与えます。金色で白い泡立ち。酸っぱい果物の香り。リンゴとサクランボの風味。アルコール度数は7.3%。
It is brewed at Bavik brewery. It tastes sweet like a genger ale. I drank the extremely sweet beer which was two continuations. This is the ‘mother beer,’ used in various quantities to blend with the other Petrus beers, and to give them their unique and very distinctive taste. Golden with white head. Sour fruity aroma. 同名の醸造所で作成。ベルギーでも一、二を争うくらい有名なビールですが、それはホワイトビール。これはそのシトロン味でまったく中身はジュースそのもの。明るい黄色でオフ・ホワイトの泡立ち。アルコール度数も3%と低め。

先週末行ったバルセロナで飲んだビールです。ラガーとメルツェンのスタイルを兼ね備えたビールです。1953年にスペインのダム社のプレミアムビールとして発売され、アルコール度数7.2%で国際ビールコンペティッションの金賞受賞を始め、国際的なコンテストで多くの受賞暦を持ちます。ちょっと甘みがありますが基本的に苦い本格派です。明るく濃い金色で泡立ちは薄いミディアムボディタイプです。麦芽とパンの香り。アルコール度数は7.2%。
I had this beer in Barcelona where we had been on last weekend. It has both style of a lagger and a marzen. It was begun to see in 1953 as a premium beer of Damn company in Spain. Alcohol percentage is 7.2%. It won a lot of prizes by an international contest including gold prize of the international beer competition. The origin of saison is Belgian farmhouse beers brewed in the autumn or winter for consumption during the summer for the farm workers and it is made in Wallonia in the south of Belgium. Alchohol percentage is lower because the farm workers drink during the working. When I had it, the flavor of citrus spread in my mouth. It won the prize to deserve championship, "World Best Saison Beer" by WBA(World Beer Award) which was held in London in 2009. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma has yeast, citrus and malt.
