 デルボーの工場だったところがレストランに。
前菜はサモサ。前菜とは思えない大きさです。
Delvaux plant was converted to the restautrant.
Hors d'oeuvre was a samosa. It was very big as an hors d'oeuvre. |

 メインはラムとブラッドソーセージ。
これにコーヒーと小さな焼き菓子がついて16ユーロは格安。ちょっと場所がねぇ。だから安いのかなぁ。
The main dish was a lamb and a blood sousage.
Though the price of this lunch, 16 Euros, including a cup of coffee and a small baked goods, is very reasonable, it is in the inconvenient place. I guess that's why the price is reasonable. |

 定期的にくるお店。
アミューズのスープ。たっぷりのトリュフがうれしい。
We came here on a regular basis.
A soup of amuse-bouche. I was happy because it includes full of truffles. |

 コロッケのようにあげてあるんだけど、衣がなにかわかんなかった。外のさくさく感と中身のとろとろ感がたまらない。
Though they were fried like a croquette, I didn't know what a batter coating was. The crispy outside and the thick and creamy inside were out of this world.

 ぷりぷりのロブスター。フォアグラのアイスクリームが添えられています。お野菜の彩りもすてきです。
Fresh lobster. The foie gras ice cream was garnished. A color scheme of vegetables was also wonderful. |

 お肉料理。
こちらも色鮮やか野お料理。金泊でくるまれた豆もありました。
A meat dish.
It was also colourful dish. The bean which was wrapped in gold leaf was garnished.

 デザートたち。この先もデザートが続くのです。今回も楽しく、おいしくいただきました。
