見た目と味が全然違う！チョコケーキに見えるけど、塩気のあるケーキでした。不思議体験。

The appearance and the taste are completely defferent. Though it looks like a chocolate cake, it's a salty cake. It's amazing. |

The train was cancelled unexpectedly. We waitd for the next train at Gare du Nord. We could arrive in 1 hour if we used the train we had planned. However we need 2 hours to arrive if we use the next train. |

 2時間乗って「アミアン」駅に到着。遠かったぁ。駅は1847年3月15日にオープンしました。駅の建物は第2次大戦中に連合軍の爆撃を受け現在の建物は1955年に建てかえられたものです。
We got on a train for 2 hours and arrived at Gare d'Amiens. It was very far. The station opened on 15 March 1847. The station building was bombed by the Allied forces during World War II and was replaced by the present structure built in 1955. |

 ありましたー。ピカルディー地方のお菓子「マカロン・ダミアン」。フランス各地に伝わるマカロンは「卵白、アーモンド、砂糖」を使ったシンプルなもの。アミアンのマカロンはそれに蜂蜜を加えてしっとりとした食感が特徴です。アミアンのもう一つの名物「ガトー・バチュ」と呼ばれるパンも買いました。

 郷土料理の「フィッセル・ピカルド」を食べました。
そば粉で作ったガレットでマッシュルームやハムをくるみ、ソースとたっぷりのチーズをかけて焼いたガレット・グラタン。焼きたての「フィッセル・ピカルド」とたっぷりのサラダ、トーストもついてきました。マカロンの試食も出してくれたよ。
I had a local cuisine "Ficelle picarde". It's a gullet gratin which includs mashrooms and hams which are wrapped in a gullet made of the buckwheat flour and baked with sauce and full of cheese. Fresh "Ficelle picarde" was served with a big salad and a toast. We could try macarons. |
