It's a product of the brewery of de la Senne. Pale yellow cloudy colour with strong head. The nose was full of hearty wheaty aromas and bright lemon citrus. Taste has some citrus and lots of hops. Alcohol percentage is 4.5%. "Taras Boulba" is the title of the novel of Nikolai Gogol. The label is the scene that the father "Boulba" who is upright so as to be stupid are going to kill his sun "Andrew", who loves father's enemy's dauther, by a barrel of beer. Boulba says "Dirty man !" in Flemish. |

ティールワンズ醸造所の製品。ヴィカーリス・ゲネラールはトリプル同様、3段階で作られています。唯一の違いはトリプルは単一麦芽ですが、ゲネラールは3つ使っています。またスパイスも使っていません。濃い茶色で大きくクリーミーなベージュの泡立ち。甘い麦芽と多少のフルーツの香り。麦芽の甘さに焼いた感じが加わり、後味は少しドライ。アルコール度数は8.8%。
It is a product of Dilewyns brewery. Vicaris Generaal is made in three stages like the Tripel. The only difference between them is that the Tripel is brewed with one malt variety and Generaal with three. It is also brewed without spices. A dark brown with a big creamy beige head. Aroma is sweet malt with bit of fruit. Taste is sweet malt with burnt tones and a shortish dry finish. Alcohol percentage is 8.8%. |

ヴィカ−リス・トリプルとブーン醸造所のランビックをミックスしたビール。この種のビールはベルギーでは人気でした。一旦消滅しましたが、最近復活しつつあります。いくらか濁った濃いオレンジ色で白い石鹸のような泡立ちは普通程度。穀物と多少の甘い果物の香り。果物のおいしい酸っぱさに対し後からいくらかの苦さがきます。アルコール度数は7%。
Mix of Vicaris Tripel and Boon lambic. This kind of beer was popular in Belgium. Though they disappeared once, recently they are reviving. Somewhat hazy dark orange with medium white soapy head. Aroma is grainy with a bit of sweet fruit. NIce fruity sour taste with some bitterness later. Alcohol percentage is 7%. |
