アルコール度7.5%。液色はブラウン。Wikiには日本はおろかベルギーでも入手しにくいって書いてありますが、スーパーに普通に売ってます。キャラメルの甘さ、果物、ビスケット、プラムの香りがします。香りとほぼ同じものの味がします。
Alcohol percentage is 7.5%. Colour is brown. Wikipedia says that it's difficult to get this beer, but I could get it easily at the supermarket. Aroma has caramel sweetness, fruits, biscuit, plum. Taste is similar to aroma. |

 「エル・テキーロ El Tequito」
醸造所はフランスのKarlsbrau。明るい金色で、白い泡は豊かですがすぐに消えます。麦芽、柑橘系、テキーラ系の香り。少し甘く少し苦い。アルコール度数は5.9％。
A brewery is Karlsbrau in France. Clear golden color, big white head that quickly disappeared. Aroma of malt, citrus and something tequila-like. Light sweet, light bitter taste. Alcohol percentage is 5.9%. |

 「セイント・アン Sainte-Anne」
醸造所はBrunehaut。このビールは情報が少なくてよくわからない点があります。琥珀色で泡立ちは少なめ。果物、黒砂糖、麦芽、酵母の味がします。プラムと黒砂糖の香り。アルコール度数は6.5％。
The Brewry is Brunehaut. There is little information about this beer, therefore I don't know it well. Amber colour with a thin head. It tastes of fruit, brown sugar, malt and yeast. Aloma has plum and brown sugar. Alcohol percentage is 6.5%. |

 「ウェストマール・トリプル Westmalle Triple」
ウェストマール修道院で醸造。通常のビールは度数が高くなるほど液色が濃くなる傾向にあるが、ウェストマールは逆にダブルが濃色でトリプルを淡色にしている。ウエストマールはトリプルやダブルの起源となったビールの醸造を開始した醸造所でもある。アルコール度数9.5%。液色はすごくきれいな金色。ビスケット、コリアンダー更に他のスパイスの強い香りがあります。味は適度に甘く、少し苦い。
It is brewed at Westmalle trappist. Usually beer has the tendency that the higher Alcohol percentage is, the darker the colour is, but conversely "Double" is dark colour and "Triple" is light colour in Westmalle. Westmalle is the brewry which started brewing of beer origins of "Triple" and "Double". Alcohol percentage is 9.5%. The colour is very beautiful gold. It has a great aroma of biscuit, coriander, and other spices. Taste is medium sweet, lightly bitter |

 「ウェストマール・ダブル Westmalle Double」
上にも書きましたが、液色はブラウンから赤紫とも表現される濃色のビール。アルコール度数7%。見た目ほどのアルコールは感じない。味はフルーティーで少し苦い。キャラメルとココナッツの香り。
I mentioned also in above, it's a dark coloured beer which has the colour expressed with the purplish red or brown. Alcohol percentage is 7%. I don't feel alcohol than it looks it. The taste is fruity and slightly bitter. Aroma of caramel and slight coconut. |

 「カスティール・ドンケル Kasteel Donker」
ヴァン・ホンスブルック醸造所で醸造。
バンホンスブルック社所有のお城に15世紀頃属していた農家が造っていたビールを復活したもの。とてもフルーティーで甘みがあり、11%もアルコール含んでいるとは思えません。濃く黒に近い色。カンゾウ、チョコレート、キャラメルの強い香りがします。
It is brewed at Van Honsebrouck brewry. It revived with the beer which a farming family, which belonged to the castle owned by Van Honsebrouck company now in about 15th century, made. It's very sweet and fruity, therefore I don't think it's a beer including 11% of alcohol. Dark nearly black. Very strong aromas of liquorice, chocolate and caramel.

Houblon Chouffe : DOBBLEN IPA TRIPEL」
「シュフ」は赤い頭巾を被って髯を生やした妖精のことで、醸造所のシンボルとして使われています。また、「インディア・ペールエール（India Pale Ale）」はその頭文字をとって、「IPA（アイピーエー）」と呼ばれています。IPAというスタイルは、強いホップの苦みが特徴のビールです。このビールもその名のとおり、強いホップの味がします。きれいな金色で一本指くらいのやわらかな泡が立ちます。アルコール度数は9%。
"Chouffe" means the fairy with a red hood and a beard. He is used for the symbol of the brewry. "India Pale Ale" is called "IPA" by taking the initial. これはシュフの基本形です。1982年8月27日に初めて醸造され、当時わずか49リッターの仕込みでスタート。現在では20ヵ国以上で飲まれており、ブランドキャラクターも世界中に知れ渡っています。薄い泡立ちで色はちょっと濁った黄色。上面発酵らしく柑橘系、バナナ、酵母の香りがします。アルコール度数は8％。

小麦とコリアンダーの香りのするフレッシュでスパイシーなビール。このビールは春の到来を祝うビールです。フィルタリングされていないので瓶内で再発酵します。色は明るい金色で普通程度の白い泡が立ちます。味はかなり甘く最後に少し苦みがあります。アルコール度数は6％。

No.1でも紹介したレフ修道院ビール。これは焙煎したモルトを使用しているため深い茶色をしています。フルボディーでほのかにフルーツの香りが漂います。味は軽い甘さとさらに軽い苦さがあります。アルコール度数は6.5％。

アルコール度数9％。フルーティーかつビターなコクのある味。レフはアサヒビールが日本に輸入していますが、これは未輸入。白い泡と明るい金色のビール。香りは甘く麦芽、アルコール、酵母が混じりリッチです。

 「サン・フューイェン・ブロンド St-Feuillien Blonde」
ビールの名前と同じ修道院で醸造されているビール。フランス革命時に修道院は破壊されますが、1873年にフリアール家が残されていたレシピで復活させたもの。このライトエールは濃い金色でやわらかでふわふわの泡が立ちます。スパイシーな風味とフルーティーな香りが混じっています。アルコール度数は7.5％。
