 日本食レストランとしてはブラッセル唯一のミシュラン星つき「KAMO」でお夕飯。突き出しは「茄子の麺」茗荷がアクセントになっていいお味。
We had a dinner at the only Japanese restaurant with one-star of Michelin, "Kamo", in Brussels. Hors d'oeuvres were "Noodles of eddplant". Japanese gingers make the dish nice. |

Hors d'oeuvres. Squid tempura, Rice cracker of the sardine, Savory steamed egg custard with a matsutake mushroom, Raw oyster. I don't remember the name of one left. |

 お肉料理。仔牛肉のステーキ キノコのソース。つけあわせのごぼうの香りが良かったよ。

 イクラご飯。ぷちぷち弾けるイクラが美味しいよ。今日のいちばんヒット。
Rice with salmon roe. The salmon roe which split with lumpy sensation in my mouth was nice. It was the best of today. |
