1980年代初頭からリヴァ醸造所によって造られていたゴールデン・エール。現在はヘット・アンケル醸造所がその醸造を引き継いでいます。濁った金色で白い泡立ちは豊か。スパイス、酵母を加えたフルーティーな香り。ベルギーの麦芽、甘い果物に加えかすかなホップと苦いハーブの味わい。アルコール度数は8%。
This golden ale beer had been made at Riva brewery since the beginning of 80's. Currently Het Anker brewery takes over the brewing. Hazy golden coloured with a huge white head. Fruity aroma of spices, yeast. Tastes Belgian malt, sweet fruit, little hoppy and bitter herbs. Alcohol percentage is 8%. |

旧グリニッジ天文台の土産物屋で買ったビール。ネルソン醸造所の製品。アルコール度数4％の普通のエールビール。明るい金色で薄く白い泡立ち。甘い麦芽、ホップ、柑橘の香り。適度に甘く少し苦い風味。後味はドライで少し苦い。
It was a beer which I bought at souvenir shop of Greenwich "Royal Observatory". It's a product of Nelson brewery. It's an orthodox ale beer of alcohole persentage 4%. Clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweet, malty and moderate hoppy - citrus. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. |

It's the newest product of Gouden Carolus. It was begun to sell in 2008. it is concerned with the traditional festival of puppets called "Opsinjoor" of Mechelen spreading out from the 18th century. 4 kind of hops are used and I felt good bitterness. マンチェスターで飲んだビール。Thwaites Breweryで醸造。イギリスの有名な四発爆撃機アブロ・ランカスターの名前が付いたビール。アルコール度数は低く飲みやすいです。きれいな濃い琥珀色で薄く白い泡立ち。麦芽、キャラメル、ナッツ、リンゴ、ベリー系果物、砂糖の香り。甘いキャラメル、ベリー系果物に少しナッツ系の味わい。少し苦いですが、甘みが主。アルコール度数は4.4%。
I drank this beer in Manchester. It is brewed at Thwaites Brewery. The beer has the name of famous four-engined bomber Avro Lancaster of the U.K. It's easy to drink because alcohol percentage is low. A clear deep amber colour with a thin white head. Aroma is malty, of caramel, nuts, apple, berry fruits and some sugar. Taste of sweet caramel, berry fruitiness and a little nutty. Some bitterness but mainly sweet. Alcohol percentage is 4.4%. |

ロマン醸造所で醸造。オーデナールという所に昔あった修道院の名前がついています。豊かな泡立ちの金色のビール。ホップと酵母の香り。アルコール度数は8.5％。ちょっと甘みがあって飲みやすいビールです。やっと100本目になりましたが、スーパーに普通に売っているビールの半分くらい飲んだという状況。

It has a slight sweetness and easy to drink. Though I had 100 beers finally, it's only the situation that I had a half of beers which are normally sold at a supermarket. |

「Mort Subite」とは「sudden death」、つまり「突然死」という意味です。随分怖い名前ですが、伝統的なランビックも作る歴史も古い大きな会社です。ルビーの赤い色でピンクの泡立ちは豊か。チェリーの強い香りはありますが、甘みは少ないです。アルコール度数は4.5%。

 「タスカー TUSKER」
ケニアで大変お世話になったビール。 昔、英国に治められていたケニアで英国人兄弟がこのビールを生み出しましたが、その１人が象の牙により命を失いました。その兄弟を偲び「タスカー＝象の牙」と名付けられたという事です。透明の明るい金色ですぐ消えてしまう白い泡立ちは普通の大きさ。麦芽とわらの香り。甘さを伴った軽い麦芽の風味。アルコール度数4%で飲みやすいラガービール。
I owed a lot to this beer. Long time ago, British brothers made this beer in Kenya which was ruled by the U.K. One of them lost life by the tusk of the elephant. It is said that this beer was named "Tasker=Tusk of a elephant" in memory of the brothers. Clear pale golden colour with a medium sized white head which dissipated quickly. Aroma of malt and straw. Taste is light malt, some sweetness. Alcohol percentage is 4% and it was easy to drink. |
