週末旅行のポルトガルで飲んだビールを紹介。
ポルトガルで１，２のシェアを争うビールです。名前は有名な帆船から取られました。ホップの香りと苦味がきいたおいしいビールです。ポルトガル大手のビールメーカー、セントラル・デ・セルベジャス社が製造しています。金色で白く薄い泡が立ちます。酵母とホップの香り。酵母と麦芽の風味で少し甘く金属的な風味もあります。アルコール度数は5%。

こちらがシェア一番らしいです。UNICER BEBIDAS社で製造。ただこの蒸留所はリスボンではなくポルトにあります。こちらもホップの香りと味わいがきいた本格的ラガービールです。明るい金色で白い泡立ちは薄いです。コーンと麦芽の香り。ショ糖の味わいで最後は苦さがきます。アルコール度数は5.2%。
I heard this beer has No.1 share.It is brewed at Unicer Bebidas company. This brewery is in Porto, not Lisbon. It's an orthodox lager beer which has the smell and taste of hops. Clear gold with a thick white head. Aromas of corn, malt. Taste is sucrose, astringent finish. Alcohol percentage is 5.2%. |

こちらは同じ会社の黒ビール。赤っぽい茶色でベージュの泡が残る時間は普通。焙煎した麦芽、キャラメルの香り。甘さと苦さのバランスがとれた風味。アルコール度数は5%。ポルトガルはビールもなかなかおいしい国です。

ランビック（自然醗酵）ビールです。醸造所の位置が本場から離れているため、ベルギーの中では正当なランピックと認められていません。でも味は他のランピックビールと同じです。フルーツの香りが強く、ほぼジュースです。明るいルビー色でふわふわのピンク色の泡です。アルコール度数は3.2%。
It's a lambic (natural fermentation) beer. Because the brewery is far from the birthplace of this kind beer, it isn't accepted as a valid lambic. However a taste is same as other lambic. Smell of fruits is strong and it makes me feel a fruit juice. Clear ruby, fluffy light pink head. Alcohol percentage is 3.2%. |

ドイツに行った帰りの高速道路のパーキングエリアで買ったビール。ドイツのハーケベック醸造所で醸造。アルコール度数5％のいたってオーソドックスなビールです。明るい金色で白い泡。穀物っぽい麦芽の香りに軽く草の香りもあります。甘く少し苦い味。
I bought this beer at a Parking area of the highway of the return from Germany. It is brewed at Brauerei Beck&Co. It is an orthodox beer fo 5% of alcohol percentage. Clear and golden in colour, white head. Malty grainy aroma, light grassy. Sweet and light bitter taste. |
