 グロート・ベイハールデン城の庭園と温室がフラワーショーの期間中だけ一般公開されます。午後から天気が良くなったので行ってみることにしました。家から車で２０分ぐらいのところです。
The garden and greenhouse of "Kasteel van Groot-Bijgaarden" is open to the public during the period of the Flower Show only. We went there because it became fine day from afternoon. It took 20 minutes by car from my apartment. |

 この時期だけの公開で、普段は貸しホールとして使われているようです。城の建設は12世紀初期に始まりました。門楼の中心部分は14世紀のものです。1902年、城は大変荒廃し、Raymond Pelgrims Bigardがその後30年にわたる修復を開始しました。
This castle is open only for this period and usually used for the hall for rent. Construction began in the early 12th century. The central part of the gatehouse dates from the 14th century. In 1902, the castle was very dilapidated and Raymond Pelgrims Bigard began renovations that lasted 30 years. |
