 ブラッセルのグルメイベント「キュリナリア」に行ってきました。ミシュラン星付きレストランのシェフが集まって料理をふるまいます。料金は一人85ユーロからと決して安くはないですが、行く価値ありのイベントでした。
We went to the gourmet fair "Culinaria" in Brussels. Shefs who has Michelin stars come together and serve a dish. Although the charge wasn't low with 85euros per person at least, it was worth participating. |

まずはスポンサー「Leffe」のブースでビールとおつまみ。
Various boothes were in the large hall and we ate dishes in number orders which the menu we had bought mentioned. First of all, we had beer and snack at the booth of sponsor, "Leffe". |

 しめはジン・トニックで。料理にはそれぞれ料理にあったワインがついてきます。おいしいお料理とワインでイベントを楽しみました。来年は110ユーロのメニューにしようね！
The last was a gin and tonic. Each dish came along with the wine which was most suitable for it. We enjoyed the event with great dishes and wine. Why don't we select the menu of 110euros next year ? |

 この他にもスポンサーのブースでケーキやりんごももらいました。ごちそうさまでしたー。
キュリナリアが開催された建物はツアー＆タクシーと呼ばれています。この場所は以前の駅をかこむ倉庫とオフィス群、並びに広大な中央ホールから成っています。19世紀建築の良質な例です。建物は部分的に修復され、大きな文化イベントに使われています。

This building Culinaria was held is called Tour & Taxis. The site is composed of large warehouses and offices surrounding a former train station and its spacious central hall. It's an examples of the quality of 19th century architecture. The site has now been partially restored, and is now used for large cultural events. |
