 広場でこんな噴水を見つけました。「金の循環」と呼ばれ1976年に製作されました。お金にまつわる色々な姿の像が飾られています。

2006年に修復された最も重要なドイツの詩人と言われているハイネ（1797-1856）の生家跡です。現在は本屋さんになっています。

Restored in 2006, it's the birthplace of Heinrich Heine (1797-1856), considered the most important German poet. A bookshop is housed here now. |

 「世界一優雅な並木道」と称される「ケーニヒス・アレー」。運河と小路は1802年から04年にかけて完成しました。くるみの木が運河に沿って植えられたため、並木道はそれによって「くるみ通り」と名付けられました。1848年のフレデリック・ヴィルヘルム4世に馬糞が投げつけられた事件の後に和解の印として「ケーニヒス・アレー」（意味は「王様の並木道」）と再命名されました。
"Konigsallee" is called "the most elegant avenue in the world". Canal and boulevard were completed between 1802 and 1804. Chestnut trees (German: Kastanien) were planted along the canal and the boulevard was therefore given the name "Kastanienallee" accordingly. After an incident in 1848, when horse manure was thrown at King Friedrich Wilhelm IV, the street was renamed "Konigsallee" (meaning King's Avenue) as a gesture of reconciliation. |
